The setting is comfortable and reasonable, just off the city centre in minutes with restaurants and bars nearby. Beautifully decorated rooms with nice decor. - 4 single beds plus coffee provided in the rooms.

Good location for sightseeing, it took about 15-20 minutes walk to Louvre Museum and 2 minutes to underground. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable.

One of night receptionists did not speak English.The room was very small. There were no tea and coffee facilities.There were many prostitutes in the area.

The hotel had an excellent and absolutely perfect location close to Rue Saint Denis. This place offers affordable rates and is conveniently located near a subway station, with very attentive and detail-oriented staff.

The hotel is very well and centrally located, 1 minute from a métro station leading to 3 métro lines leading to the main attractions of Paris. The neighbourhood is lively with all amenities - restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, etc. The staff is very nice. And the internet connection is perfect when it works.

I would have given a 10 if not for the fact that, the last night, the internet connection was not functionning.

Location. Very close (2min walk) to subway station and 20min walk to Louvre etc. Decent sized room, with private shower and toilette (which I didn't asked for in the reservation).

Location, again. In spite of being close to the center, the area in which the hotel is located has a frankly decadent look. I had read that there were prostitutes around and booked anyway. That was true, but only after I was already there I found out that the area (Rua Saint Denis) is one of the oldest and most well-known red light districts in France. So it was a somewhat unpleasent place to be around.

The rooms are great for the price, and the staff is extremely helpful, making the stay very comfortable.

The staff at Hotel Lucien is amazingly nice and welcoming. the location is great, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. the guest room is well-equipped with coffee, comfortable beds, and attractive decor.

Do not stay here! The hotel is located in an alley way that becomes prostitute and pimp central in the late afternoon, felt very unsafe. The hotel was dirty with stains on the bed sheets, the rooms have wafer thin walls and you can hear everything in the rooms next door above and below along with the girls on the streets out the front of the hotel selling themselves will guarantee a bad and uneasy nights sleep. There are far better value hotels in Paris.

Travelled with my daughter, spent 1 night here and had a fabulous stay. The service was all in all helpful. It was easy to park nearby. Enjoyed food selection, meals were different and they have a huge variety of options. the staff was very helpful and accommodating. we found it convenient to find parking nearby. the food selection was excellent, with a diverse range of delicious meals to choose from.

The room was enough big and clean, good location.

Very tiny lift and bathroom but this not such spoiled our stay. there was angry person at reseption, that demanded that we will pay now at the midle of the night, when we returned late to hotel. large windows in front of another house, so we needed always to close curtain, also at day.
